The event is a 2 ½ day live event (plus the 1/2 day “Short Stay Property Tour”) in Jackson, MS held at The Rick House, 717 Poplar Avenue, Jackson MS 39202.
The purpose of the event is to fully equip the attendees with the education and experience to start or improve your own Short Stay Rental Busines.

September 9th @ 1:00 PM for the Property Tour, September 10th, 11th & 12th, 2020. We will gather Walter’s home for networking and dinner 3 nights at 1623 Pinehurst Drive, Jackson, MS 39202.
Class time starts on Thursday September 10, 2020 at 8:29 am. Lunch is included with your tuition as well as coffee and tea throughout the day. That night will eat at Walter’s house.
Class time starts on Friday September 11, 2020 at 8:29 am. Lunch is included with your tuition as well as coffee and tea throughout the day. That night will eat at Walter’s house.
On Saturday September 12, 2020 Class time starts on 8:29 am till noon. We will go to another local restaurant for lunch at your expense. The event end’s after lunch.
We have limited the registration. You will have the opportunity to meet every attendee and create lasting relationships.
You will have an opportunity to tell the group what you have for sale and what you need.
We have 20 Airbnb bedrooms available for booking and will reserve a bed for you for 1 or 2 people somewhere nearby the event for $150 arriving Wednesday and departing on or before Sunday.
